    Once you place your order, it will be processed by Coletta on Paper and dispatched from the studio within 2-3 days.

  • All wrapped up

    All prints are packaged and delivered in cardboard envelopes or mailing tubes.

    Cards are sent in cardboard envelopes.

    Combination orders are sent in an outer box.

  • Signed, Sealed, Delivered

    Orders are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for which delivery is within 1-2 working days.

If you need to return your order...

Hopefully you'll love your prints and cards from Coletta on Paper. If for any reason, this is not the case, please send an email to notes@colettaonpaper.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. If you've requested a refund, products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided they are unused. 

Please send returns to the address below. Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of the return postage. It's best to use a recorded/tracked delivery service as Coletta on Paper cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged whilst on their way back to us. Upon receipt of your goods, provided they’re in their original condition, a refund will be issued and you'll receive a note letting you know your return has been processed.
